Mr. Massa is experienced in drafting and promoting legislation. Mr. Massa has practiced before the Florida Legislature and is experienced in bill drafting and in shepherding legislation through the Florida House and Senate. Mr. Massa, focuses this practice on government appropriations, energy, and mining. As a former geologist for several multi-national mining and energy companies, Mr. Massa brings his technical knowledge and expertise from the industry to the energy and mining legislation.
Mr. Massa served as a lobbyist from 2007 - 2011 for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 4th District.
