Mr. Massa represents individuals in all areas of personal injury including automobile liability, slip and fall, wrongful death, and general negligence cases against corporations. Mr. Massa began his civil law experience in the West Palm Beach branch of the Florida-based insurance defense firm of Wicker Smith O'Hara McCoy & Ford P.A.
Mr. Massa additionally has unique experience in representing those individuals injured during airline travel. Mr. Massa has contested matters under the Warsaw Convention, and has litigated cases with Delta Airlines, American Airlines, and El Al Israel Airlines.
